We use Miro for team reviews on certain topics that either need feedback from agents or suggestions on how to work better. This can be anything from what type of ticket types we should or shouldn’t use, brainstorming on up coming projects as well as general day to day planning.

- Copy and paste the post it notes
- Zoom perspective for a Mac book isn’t the best
It has helped to bring the team together in one space which is very helpful as most of our agents work in different countries.
