Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for developing and visualizing data models with business users. Users review the model and make comments until it is finalized; then, the model can be implemented outside of Miro.
Pros
- Simple interface.
- Communication
- Cards
Cons
- Versioning
- Time saved from having to rework data models.
- Deliverables are more aligned with requirements.
I work remotely, so having Miro as part of my workflow has been essential. My team used to use traditional whiteboards before the pandemic, but we continue to use Miro now that we are back in the office. It is so nice to be able to save a copy of the visual and continue work on the virtual whiteboard without having to worry about losing a physical copy.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
- Zoom
Miro is much more robust. Zoom seems pretty basic.
