Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an incredible tool to visualize, plan and execute strategy sessions, planning activities and customer communication in a virtual way to allow you to fully engage and articulate conversations. I use Miro both internally with my account team as well as externally with my customers as a collaborative platform and mode to break down the corporate silos and reach a new layer of partnership.

A ton. The whiteboard capability is critical to both my internal dealings and external. I would argue that is pretty much the foundational piece. Not only that, but having a whiteboard that won’t get erased and is virtual gives everyone the same level of engagement and information. With the remote work being done it’s a game changer.

Miro is a critical tool if you are wanting to develop a collaborative approach with your team and customers. It was very helpful in discovery sessions and whiteboard activities to get down ideas, actions and items that get missed out with virtual sessions. The Miro board is like a giant dry-erase board that has the ability to evolve, input and be whatever you want it to be—you just have to actually want it.
