Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as a collaborative tool between different departments to achieve a cohesive and decisive plan of action involving different scenarios, faced on a daily basis. In my own case, Miro was used to finish a complete agent call flow when handling inbound and outbound calls in an insurance agency call center.

Miro has indeed helped our company's ability to collaborate with workers from coast to coast. Miro's online whiteboard has united and simplified our workers ability to deliver instant suggestions, along with instant feedback regardless of the employee's location. This ability has helped create and deliver faster implantation of our goals.

Miro is particularly well suited for group projects that make use of departments or divisions that do not usually have contact with one another, allowing for a smooth transfer of ideas and suggestions. Miro would be less appropriate for group projects that involve smaller groups within the same division or department.
