Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As a global company, we provide workforce to other companies. Thats why internally we divided to customers projects. Miro account organized as a list of customers projects and inside the projects we create boards for our needs. Inside such "project" there are boards that could serve multiple needs such as project processes, retrospectives, brainstorming. There are thousands of employees in our account globally, and hundreds of projects
Pros
- core business: collaborative space for any kinds of workshops
- providing ready to use templates to any usecases
- tools for facilitation
Cons
- I want opportunity to cast myself in Talktrack in my native language so then AI could make it sound in different languages
- I want AI to create templates by prompt
- I want connection to more music during clock ticking, more than basic 5-6 sounds. Connect Spotify!
- Overall, I do trainings only with Miro. Its hundreds of employees / year
- All retrospectives with Miro
