Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I like the interface of Miro as it is a breath of fresh air. I remember when I first logged in, I was able to set up my first brainstorming board in under a few minutes. I love that Miro supports both synchronous and asynchronous brainstorming which lets me or others add their views at a later stage.

Pros

  • Brainstorming board
  • Both synchronous and asynchronous brainstorming
  • Built in commenting modules are great
  • Virtual whiteboards are standout features

Cons

  • The mobile app is the weakest link
  • Intergrations feel a bit awkward
  • Overall, Miro has boosted productivity resulting in fantastic returns on investment.
The layout and dashboard is clear and familiar with what I have used in the past. It feels like a physical board without actual pen and paper.
I like the add text, add comments, draw freehand, upload images, idea co-relation, amongst others which has really made an impact on my daily routine.
Miro has fantastically cut out on the number of tools that I would struggle on both the computer screens that are on my desk. Miro has resulted in de-fragmentation in such a short period.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I was and always excited to use the voting and priority tools. Before deployment, we would waste hours debating which ideas would work the best. Now thanks to Miro, every person present in the session can upvote and rank the concepts on a real time basis saving time and energy.
