Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io
Momentum.io is used as a notetaker for meetings - specifically for me, it is used on sales demos as a notetaker and this tool is great for peer coaching/coaching for managers for feedback/if i ever need to send the recording to prospects this allows me to as well which is great
Pros
- it translates different language
- it's great to update
- summary is clear
Cons
- i would like to live listen to calls when Momentum.io is in
- personally i feel the library hard to track
- helps with follow ups to send the recording
- good for coaching
i have used other similar solutions but unfortunately do not recall the names off the top of my head
