Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use Momentum to capture and analyze key conversation from meetings with our customers. It allows us to stay focused knowing that the technology will capture the discussion, summarize it for us, and even recommend action items & follow up talking points. I personally love this so that I can quickly prepare for the next conversation with my customer without having to scramble through my manually created notes.

Pros

  • Analyzes the call recording well and queries data through the AI Chat
  • Provides a strong summary of the call and lists out action items
  • Makes it really easy to create snippets of the call to send internally or to customers for keepsake purposes.

Cons

  • The follow up email recommendation often sounds too formal and tonally not human
  • Too many clicks to create a call snippet
  • Can take a long time to process calls once completed
  • Reduction in time on call prep
  • Reduction in time on updating our leadership team on important movement with customers
  • Ensures our CS team can demonstrate expertise and proficient understanding of our customer's businesses
Really easy to use and configure. I love the Slack integration and using the air chat in the web app. Filtering to specific accounts or call recordings only takes seconds. I have no constructive feedback regarding usability outside of creating call snippets can be a few too many clicks. Would recommend this product to anyone in the CS or sales world!
Much better Slack integration than chorus and the ai chat is such an amazing differentiator.

I love that I can leverage Momentum to prepare the next call with customers by reviewing the previous call and quickly analyzing the key elements of the discussion using the ai chat. It helps me recall key challenges we are helping to solve with customers while allowing me to remain sounding like an expert as I can quickly review information specific to their business and industry.
