Overall Satisfaction with Momentum.io

We use it to record customer calls, and track what sales reps are saying within these calls.

We also use it to automate groupchats when certain things happen on Salesforce, and bring those automations into Salesforce.

We kind of use it as a substitute for Gong, and Zapier. It alerts us as leaders in sales to what's being said on the salesfloor, and it allows me to take comments and coach my reps.

I gave it an 8, because i really think the tool is consistently improving and we are finding new use cases all the time. It does a lot of the manual work for us, and we have it making us deal rooms now, which is a huge improvement from reps making their own virtual deal rooms. To rate it a 10, I would want a better UI for the call recordings, an easier way to make playlists and maybe an app so i can listen on the fly!
They don't have any true end to end competitors. Gong would be a competitor in the call recording space, as would Salesloft and a variety of other recording software like Fathom ect. However, Momentum.io is doing much more than that. You'd need 3-4 tools to get the functionality we have with the one. Zapier would have been my go-to for Slack integrations and automations but now this has been replaced with Momentum.io as well.

It's a really good tool for automations in general, especially for sales people. It's great because it can automate entirely into Slack, so reps don't have to actually go into another tool. It overlays on top of everything, and if you want it to do call summaries for reps using AI, or automate processes using the language they used in their calls into Salesforce, this tool is great. It also acts as a Gong replacement for us, however the interface isn't quite as simple to use as Gong.
