  • alert slack when things in Salesforce happen
  • build notifications
  • send reminders

Cons

  • sending reports
  • sending charts
  • Salesforce order of operations
  • real time alerts give actionable insights
  • no negatives
easy to use for regular alerts but reports require a lot more energy/effort
its been a long time since i used Troops - Zapier is nice because it integrates alot of other data and has more flexibility
