As a manager of a team of marketing professionals, I use monday.com to organize all of the various marketing and communications projects that we need to work on. We use the tool to manage creative requests, develop communications strategies and timelines, and make sure that everyone stays on task to deliver the projects requested by the deadline.

It is an easy platform to learn for new members joining the team. The useability of monday.com makes it easier to onboard stakeholders and team members, to make project management easier for everyone. Automation also makes common tasks easier by eliminating the need to focus on doing repetitive things over and over and over again.
We haven't needed technical support for our usage of the platform but I have access to their training resources and blog articles to help us learn how to use the tool more effectively. There are also many great video tutorials if you get stuck creating automation or templates. I can imagine they would have great support.

Monday.com is well suited for smaller marketing and communications teams who want to organize creative requests and projects. It increases the efficiency of teams by allowing team members to know which projects to work on and what to focus on. Based on your budget, it can get expensive if you have a large team collaborating on projects, but it allows you to add viewers if you have key stakeholders who need to look at projects.
