Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I have been using monday.com for 2 years and I feel happy about it. Though at first, different options you can see within the software can overwhelm first-time users, the software can be learned! It is definitely a large step up from using excel sheets as trackers. One cool feature to take note of is that you can add guests to boards. This is pretty handy when we use a freelancer or consultant for a small part of a project but we want them to give updates to the team.

I love how the templates are easily available for users. This can definitely give first-time users an idea of how to approach projects. Monday.com saves me the hassle of having to deal with manual project tracking though at first glance it did overwhelm me a bit. Overall, it surely helped me manage my day-to-day tasks.
So far, we haven't needed the support yet but with the training they made available on the internet, it can already help first-time users.

As we are a team of marketers, it is definitely helpful especially if you want to track which projects are complete or need priority and monday.com definitely has that option for you to change the status of each project you're working with. I also like how I can set deadlines, add files within each item and make rules. I like how I can subscribe to different boards this way I am updated to the changes my coworkers are working on.
