Overall Satisfaction with monday CRM

We are a B2B SaaS firm, we use monday CRM to collate leads generated from various marketing channels and qulify these leads through the various stages of the pipeline to close a deal. This will also be a point of ollaboration between the sales and marketing teams to work on the prospect and close the deal

  • Identifying priority leads
  • Moving contacts through the funnel

Cons

  • It lacks auto enrichment
  • It doesnt supply integrating with many third party tools
  • Looks a little too colorful and cartoonish
  • We had 2k+ leads, it helped up identify top 1% to prioritize and close the deal
  • It helped up identify most interested account amongst the lot to focus
  • Collaboration with the sales and marketing has been wonderful
  • It helped identify contacts to be removed and not identified as good fit for our business
It was wonderful experience setting up monday CRM, the features were well understood and self explanatory. Usually setting up CRM takes lot of time and effort but not monday CRM. The drag and drop functionality and color identification is simple to understand and works wonders. Inviting teammates and assigning tasks to them were also quiet simple.
monday CRM as mention has been very easy to setup and rarely requires intervention by their suppor teams. Most of the features I feel were well testing before being deployed. Its easy to use and easy to deploy and integrates well with our internal teammates. No need for any third party support or externol vendor for deploying monday CRM
