Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
On a daily basis, our Client Success team and Sales organizations use Monday as a project management and sales pipeline/ forecasting solution. Monday allows our leaders to capture dashboard snapshots of our Client business with deal progression, and activities and focus on problem areas across our prospective and existing client base.

- Consolidation of information in a single source
- Manual opportunity tracking
- Still requires that we use a more traditional CRM for digital marketing distribution
We use monday CRM for the pipeline, forecasting, and PM. We are dependent on Constant Contact to distribute our digital marketing efforts. For example, drip email campaigns
