Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

I really love the visual aspect of this monday CRM system. Dragging and dropping to arrange things and having it all color-coded makes it so much easier to see where all your projects stand. There’s a lot to learn if you want to use it to its full potential, so make sure you’re ready to invest that time.

Pros

  • Grouping similar stage items together so you can see where they’re at, then allowing you to change views so you can see how they sit-in your overall plan
  • Colour coordinating projects
  • Using automation rules to send reminders for important milestones

Cons

  • Linking your email to their system so you can send messages is time consuming
  • Saves me brain power instead of stressing to remember everything
  • Let’s my whole team see where things stand
HubSpot overpromises and underdelivers, whereas monday CRM is very clear about what it can do without selling its capabilities. The price is way better too since you can test things out and upgrade as you need more team members or more features. I’d never recommend HubSpot, but Monday is something that I’ve already told people about

As far as other CRM systems go, I find monday CRM to be very simple and fairly easy to understand even if you don’t have a lot of experience in these systems. Being a company that is full of visual people. Different view options and color coordinating options make a big difference and help my team relate to the numbers and project milestones
It’s not amazing, but it is helpful. Often times when I have a challenge I let my assistant contact support on my behalf because emailing and sending all the follow ups is time consuming. I think if we had a higher level membership then we would actually get live chat access as opposed to email only support.
We run a number of animation projects simultaneously, so I use it to make sure our staff are all aligned for the different stages they’re needed in, plus knowing what approvals I’m waiting on from clients, so I don’t have to try to keep it all in my brain (I tried that and it was impossible)
