Monetate is mostly used in our organization for preparing a feed for the customers to show recommendation rails to the customers.
The business problem it solves is to help in recommending better relevant products on the customer's feed which gives a better exposure to different kinds of products.

Cons
- There should be an option to configure Monetate experiences for pre-prod environment
- Datasets page is too slow to load, irrespective of the network
- Should be an easier way of changing attribute datatypes in a dataset
- Customer experience is enhanced
