Overall Satisfaction with Monster.com

We utilize Monster.com when we are not receiving quality candidates from other hiring sources. We use it to fill both office and skilled labor positions within our organization.

Cons

  • The cost to use service
  • Limiting the number of resume views
  • Flexible job postings that you can start and stop whenever the job is filled.
  • Saving job posts to save time when posting an open position.
  • Quality Candidates
  • Ease of Use
  • User Friendly
  • Can be pretty pricey
We use Indeed quite often as we are able to post positions for free however, we do not always get a quality candidate like we can from Monster.com

Monster.com is a great resource to have when our other candidate sourcing tools do not work. It is not free like several others, but I feel like it does ensure you get a quality candidate.
