Overall Satisfaction with Motive
We use motive to track drivers and for E-logs. This helps us determine timing for deliveries and track mileage for maintenance purposes.

- Reliant on Wi-Fi. Included Wi-Fi is not sufficient
- Dash cam has helped with 2 auto accidents so far
- The phone app works great to monitor from anywhere
- Driver scores seem accurate. However, it can lead to angry drivers if they don't agree with their score
We were able to integrate GPS and driver logs into one platform which saves time and money
We used live view GPS before. There are definitely more features with motive.

Evaluating Motive and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Live View GPS. We liked that this one was able to replace that and integrate E-logging

Everything on one app.
We would look for a system with a dedicated panel in the truck for drivers to use for log books. Tablets were fairly expensive and are reliant on data or wifi. Our old system had unit installed in the truck that just worked, no connecting to wifi or learning curves

When we were first getting started we were given a dedicated rep to help us with set up and answer any questions. This was a nice touch
