Tracking drivers location, pickup and delivery times. Also used for reporting to government entities

Random downtime has affected us a few times
In my experience, quick to respond, but not always a quick fix

Motive Implementation

Easy to install - quick to bring up. Users liked it once they got the hang of it

There have been a few times when you get the RIGHT support rep, and they have gone above and beyond to help resolve an issue LIVE as our driver was experiencing it. You just have to keep pushing to get someone who is knowledgeable and able to resolve issues quickly
