Overall Satisfaction with Motive

With the ever-changing environment of rules and regulations in the trucking industry, Motive keeps us in compliance with FMCSA rules on HOS. Motive additionally has numerous tools to assist with IFTA. It is an easy tool for drivers and management to use. Having visibility at your fingertips allows us to make effective decisions.
  • ELD Service.
  • IFTA reporting.
  • Maintenance tracking.
  • Contacting customer service.
  • Linking Fuel purchases.
  • Refresh rate on vehicle tracking.
  • Improved fuel usage.
  • Increased safe driving.
  • Allowed better tracking of HOS.
Support is sometimes hard to get ahold of but once you do they provide great support.
We haven't implemented all aspects.
Its rare unavailability.
I've only used Motive. It's simple to use.

When a driver was sick on the road and could not be reached, It was easy to send someone to his location because we were able to pinpoint exactly where he was located.
