Overall Satisfaction with NAKIVO Backup & Replication
Nakivo B&R is used to backup company files and VMware environment daily and at 6 hour intervals. The use case is to empower my company to use this application for business continuity as well as disaster recovery. We have physical and virtual workloads which we need to protect at all costs. We use Asustor NAS device as a Nakivo Backup Repository.
- It has a flawless Physical to Virtual (VMware) conversion technique.
- It can compress the backup repositories.
- Backup and Recovery is very fast compared to Veeam.
- Restore individual files very easily.
- Physical to virtual for Hyper-V or Linux KVM would be an added advantage.
- Some more cloud integrations like Oracle cloud services would be great.
- It has all the features we need.
- No need for third party plugins everything is accessible from GUI.
- The licenses are flexible, can increase on demand.
