Trusted and Well-Support VMware & Cloud Backup for a Variety of Organization Sizes

I’ve used NAKIVO Backup & Replication for ~5 years now as a partner/reseller and have tested it extensively in our lab environment. I use it to perform weekly backups of a standalone ESXi host. In the first few years it was definitely more limited and difficult to use but over the last 3 years, they have made major improvements in features while also improving out-of-box experience and manageability. Their online documentation is excellent. I’ve only had to open a ticket with their support once in these five years and my issue was resolved pretty quickly. The configuration export and import feature are incredibly useful to reinstall the backup virtual appliances/VMs.
