Overall Satisfaction with Net-Results

Our sales and marketing departments monitor the web page activity provided by Net-Results from current and potential customers. This information is applied to our Drip Marketing program on a continuing basis.
  • The Team Approach has worked well over the years. Any problems, technical, or otherwise, have been acted upon promptly.
  • Their pricing structure has remained consistently fair over the years.
  • Their technical progress has remained current and in many cases, surpassed the capabilities of other vendors we have spoken with. Innovation is alive and well at Net-Results.
  • Email templates would be of help.
  • A listing of industry visitors would also be of help.
  • Responsive landing pages would add value.
  • The lead conversion rate has grown each year. A friendly competitive atmosphere developed amongst the sales staff, who have created "Conversion Farms" in their territories.
  • Rapid, complete information provides building blocks for efficiency and customer service. Net-Results has been instrumental in building and maintaining these areas.
Initially, we made inquiries with other providers. It seemed they were either too large, or too small. Net-Results provided a team responsive to our specific needs, without having to tolerate a voicemail hockey game with each inquiry. I am able to contact the appropriate personnel without difficulty.
Basically, they provide what we require to grow the business. There is no reason to look further. I incorporate history and loyalty into all my business decisions.
International inquiries have grown in the past few years. The Net-Results system makes it simple to respond to these and expand our market potential.
