We use Net-Results for all of our clients (40) to nurture and develop cold prospects as warm leads. The lead scoring feature is integral in our ability to identify priority contacts for our clients to reach out to, as well as respond to direct leads.

We selected Net-Results because they aren't too big to not care about their customers. They work with our company on an individual basis, integrating our systems so that, working together, we are more efficient and effective. The mammoth companies wouldn't care whether we integrate or not, or even if we're successful. Net-Results does care. They are as invested in us as we are in them.
We use the platform for B2B activities only that aren't related to online sales. We use it to track and score behavior, and send directed automated followup that ultimately leads the prospect to reply and engage in conversation.
