Overall Satisfaction

  • NetSuite has allowed us to scale at an incredibly fast rate because it has allowed us to tailor the application to our specific needs without having to worry about the automation "breaking" when the twice year upgrades are done.
  • By utilizing the Retail Anywhere solution we have seamless integration to the rest of our NetSuite data.
  • Real time access to inventory has allowed us to improve inventory turns in ways we could not prior.
  • Our only shortcoming is with the reporting module which is currently being enhanced. Should fix the issues.
  • Improved Customer Service/Order Management.
  • Shortened warehouse processing times.
By utilizing the NetSuite Cloud Solution we have eliminated the need for in-house hardware/software there by helping me reduce the resources needed to maintain a system.
Learn saved searches as they are the core of most analytics and reporting. Make sure your data is imported properly and then let NetSuite's strengths take it from there.
