Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

  • The dashboard allows me to see my weekly and quarterly signs.
  • I can look up account information quickly.
  • It allows me to send advertising proofs/billing and have a record of my correspondence.
  • Our company switched from SalesForce to NetSuite because it synced with our publishing system. It took a while to get used to the change but the functionality is similar.
  • NetSuite has provided a positive return on allowing me to give better customer service through emailing proofs/bills all from one spot.
  • NetSuite has all of my customers information stored in one location. This makes it easy for me to see all of our communication and their history.
  • NetSuite gives me a snapshot of my sales numbers at a glance. This allows me to know exactly how to set goals for the week/month.
I give NetSuite a rating of 8 in regard to renewal because it has overall been a great CRM system in terms of sales planning. It's the first thing that I sign into each day for planning purposes. It allows me to send emails, set tasks and target my top prospects.
I would strongly suggest NetSuite as a viable option for my colleague. The advice I would have would be for them to use the CRM to plan out their sales goals and set daily tasks to achieve their goals. The ability to have all of their customers information at their fingertips is invaluable. They can view past contracts, emails, ad proofs and all in one spot.
