Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

We use NetSuite to run our finance function. We also use it to support the HR, and recruiting functions.
  • NetSuite proved to be the best tool to use when our finance function is spread geographically. It was really easy to implement, we didn't have to build any complex hosting solution or new servers.
  • It's very easy to scale with NetSuite. As our organization continues to grow, we can add module that improve the accuracy and relevance of our financial records. NetSuite also continues to develop their product, which makes me think that the product we will use over the years will continue to get better.
  • I can't pinpoint to any specific example that are general in nature. There are minor annoyances here and there, but they come with all computer software.
  • Faster time close, increase finance function efficiency.
NetSuite proved to be the easiest to implement and learn.
We love how our finance organization is growing with the increased use of software rather than the increased hiring of staff.
It's a great solution for growing business that are entering "mid-size" category. Startups can save a lot of costs by sticking with simple solutions like QuickBooks. And large public companies maybe best served in more traditional SAP/Oracle environments.
