Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is used by our Alliance Department, Analyst Relations Department, and our Sales Department to track the work we do with our clients and prospects from opportunities to closed sales in addition to tracking our monthly, quarterly, and yearly commissions and bonuses. NetSuite helps to make sure we have a full understanding of where we are within the Sales period.

- Netsuite connects with almost any API to help the user adapt it to their needs.
- Netsuite's analytics dashboard is robust and provides the right information.
- Netsuite is difficult to customize.
- Netsuite could take a page out of Saleforce's book by making it more transformative and easily malleable.
- Netsuite doesn't always pull in the data correctly.
- Netsuite has had a positive impact on our business objectives because our teams have the visibility to see their sales targets

Netsuite feels like Salesforce-Lite. It isn't as large and can't do the heavy lifting like Salesforce but gets the job done and is significantly cheaper. There are some problems one might run into such as setting up a Partner Portal or a new section that isn't within the standard out of the box capabilities but is possible.
