Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

We have used NetSuite across our whole organization for the past 7 years. We use the ERP functionality for financial, inventory, CRM, work order processing, and item management.
  • The system offers a good basic ERP structure for small businesses.
  • Their customer service is horrible.
  • Their collection techniques are miserable, threatening, and relentless
  • It's a huge waste of energy dealing with their tech support.
  • They have disgraceful customer service that sucked time and energy from our team.
Not yet, but I'm interested in Oracle user groups - California Modern Lighting and Design is useful to us as a forum for the exchange of ideas.
We made a terrible mistake in switching to Netsuite.
It may be well-suited for large corporations where the annual subscription bill is above $500,000.
They are miserable for small to medium-sized businesses.
