Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite for a variety of purposes, making it super important for our organization. The main uses are around the procurement of inventory, and processing the sale of that inventory. We also use NetSuite to create invoices and process POs.

Pros

  • It can be used anywhere.
  • Huge customer base, allowing for easy searches for almost anything.
  • Easy to find staff with past experience.

Cons

  • More cost-effective licenses.
  • Simpler to perform password resets for users.
  • Not sure.

Many positive traits, but not many negatives.
Tickets can sometimes take longer than they should to resolve.
NetSuite is powerful enough to do what we need but still easily managed without a team to maintain.
