Best All-In-One Place for Donor Engagement (and Affordable!)
Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
Network for Good keeps our database and donor outreach software in one place and includes an easy-to-view snapshot of the current financial quarter and giving (online and offline) over the past year. Our favorite part of Network for Good is its centralized design--Network for Good keeps your database of donors, email, print mailing, and text outreach (not to mention a great video message tool) in one place without having to log in to multiple sites for different services. It is lighter on the automation side of things, but we have found it a far better product in the long run than Salesforce and Pardot (previously used).
Pros
- Donor outreach tools (email, text, video, print mailing tools)
- Database management
- Easy and effective donation pages
Cons
- Automation processes (automatically sending separate emails to "opened" and "did not open" groups, etc.)
- Text to give
- Text and email one on one and blasts
- Visual tracking of finances
- Video message tool
- Fundraising campaign and event landing pages
- Increased our monthly and one-time gift donors (ease of access)
- Good turnout for our virtual events during COVID
- Pardot and Salesforce CMS
