Overall Satisfaction with NextGen Healthcare EHR

We use NextGen Healthcare EHR to document our patient encounters and as well for billing and reporting. There are many features that help the system be what we need as an organization. The new releases of NextGen Healthcare EHR Mobile has helped us tremendously to focus more on the patient care and less time documenting.

Ambient assist has been the next level for NextGen Healthcare EHR. It is a great tool that helps providers focus more on the patient and less on the computer.
NextGen Healthcare EHR has the ability to be customized to adapt to each client needs and has a lot of room for automation.
Ability to customize and set up external APIs and Interfaces.

NextGen Healthcare EHR is well suite for encounter documentation and the ability to integrate AI to help with the provider documentation. The down side is that many reports have to be ran from the database as they do not have many out of the box reports that will fit our needs.
