Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva

We needed a solution for a round-robin call center with multiple funnels (sales, support, enterprise, etc). Nextiva has been the perfect solution for us, as we tried a competitor and it was lacking the features we needed.

Nextiva has been fully transparent about pricing, product, and level of support, and we couldn't be happier!

Nextiva had the features we were looking for, whereas it was in an ultra expensive tier on DialPad and virtually impossible to commit to at our size as a startup.

Nextiva is great for our talk-to-sales / support line use case. Round robin was super easy to get set up, and the team was very helpful throughout the onboarding process.
