Unbeatable VoIP Solution That Maintains Budget Friendly Price

Nextiva Business Phone Service has allowed us to solve many issues that our previous "big box store" VoIP provider could not do. Not only do they have a fully customizable Call Flow and Routing platform, they have combined the ability to text and fax all within a one stop shop solution. We were able to maintain the ability to have a physical hard phone on our desk but then also provide the option to use a soft phone off of our computers when needed. Combined with the ability to take calls on mobile devices without the need for call forwarding, you can also make calls from your mobile device just as if you were in the office. Which makes it great for when you need to call clients but wish to maintain privacy of your personal devices phone number. The only scenario where their service may be less appropriate is for a company that prefers to spend unnecessary on subpar phone service. I cannot imagine ever wanting to switch away from Nextiva. Even as our company grows and evolves, I have zero intentions of changing to any other provider.
