Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Nextiva does a great job, especially with customer service. Calls are answered quickly & hold time with support are minimal. The integration with the mobile application is extremely helpful, albeit sometime glitchy. We have used Nextiva for around 3 years & we are happy with the service. It is very cost effective for us, more so than other inferior platforms.
