Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service as our corporate line since we are remote. This allows us to keep our private contact information hidden from the public domain. So far, it's worked really well. Any calls get forwarded out our individual mobile phones without any customer knowing the difference.

Pros

  • Customer service
  • Seemless phone integration

Cons

  • I don't have enough experience with Nextiva Business Phone Service to see any faults at this time.
  • Since it's very fairly priced, it reduces overall expenses
  • All calls roll directly to my mobile, so I'm more efficient in responding to incoming calls.
