Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We utilize Nextiva Business Phone Service's online portal access and customer service team to make adjustments and repairs on behalf of our customers. We also use extensions on their system in-house for testing and communication with our largest customers. Most of our customers have a workforce that is either fully remote, or hybrid, and Nextiva Business Phone Service's mobility and customer service make them an easy choice when helping our customers decide on their next phone system. The customers utilizing Nextiva Business Phone Service's system range between 5 and 700 users.
