Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
When our small commercial door hardware company switched to a VOIP phone system, our IT guy suggested Nextiva Business Phone Service. I love the software so far after two years! I am in the field a lot on job sites and the automatic forwarding of voicemail from my desk phone to my email is very helpful. It allows me to receive customer voicemail without having to go back to the office. The second feature I love the most, is the call routing from my cell phone to my desk phone and vice versa. If I were to give my personal cell number out to customers, I would be getting calls 24/7. Calling through Nextiva Business Phone Service hides my actual cell number and allows us to work more efficiently without distractions.
