Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a small business who needs a phone system! Nextiva has been great in filling that need.

The free phone could be a bit nicer (the one they send is functional but that's all I'll give it)
The initial setup of the free desk phone is a bit confusing if you aren't willing to wait for their onboarding team.

Return on Investment

Having a unified phone number with extensions has dramatically improved our company image.
I no longer receive sales calls on my cell phone. That is invaluable to me.

I've used various other services over the years and Nextiva is VERY comparable to pretty much all of them. The main difference... They're less expensive. It's a bit more "self setup" than some but for the price difference? I'll take half an hour of my time to do a one time set up.

Nextiva Business Phone Service seems to be perfectly suited for day to day business phone use of a small business. We have a small team that is making occasional outbound and taking occasional inbound calls. It works perfectly for us for that. I would probably not recommend this for a heavy use call center *the caveat here is that if the phone you order is nicer then maybe it would work for a call center.

Nextiva is great for small business.
