Pros

Customer Service - amazing!
Products - work very well and pretty easy to use!
Service - great connection and easy to communicate with others

Cons

The dashboard/interface when you login to view the account could be a little more intuitive/user friendly
The phone functions can be a little tricky to figure out but that might be a "me" issue and not a Nextiva Business Phone Service issue

Return on Investment

No negative impact to report! Do I wish the service was a little cheaper? Yes, BUT you get what you pay for, so maybe not

We've had great experiences with the product, service, and customer service offered by Nextiva Business Phone Service. I inherited this account since it was implemented by people who had this position before I did, but after a year of working with the Nextiva Business Phone Service team I can confidently say this will be our provider for a very long time.
