Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use Nextiva Business Phone Service for our business phone calls. We use desk phones, online app, and phone app. We have 14 users. We can use the office phone from basically anywhere as long as we have an internet connection, which is perfect for our sales force who is out on the road most of the time.
Pros
- Applications are easy to navigate
- Customer Service is responsive and works to resolve issues
Cons
- The applications are not always the most reliable. Calls drop frequently.
- The apps sometimes need to be uninstalled and reinstalled, which causes some frustration.
- Requires less maintenance on my part.
