Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

As a non-profit organization, operational expenses are always being reviewed to find ways to save money, time as well as improve quality service and streamline productivity. Nextiva was able to provide a VOIP service that fit our needs and delivering significant savings. The Nextiva teams were friendly, professional and patient as we switched providers and Harbor is appreciative of their responsiveness to overcome challenges and have a smooth transition.

Nextiva equipment, pricing and service are a great fit for small business and non-profit organizations and those that require HIPAA compliance based on our experience and expectations. The personalized and hands-on customer service is very impressive, and they worked and communicated well with the internal management team and external IT team.
