Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We purchased Yealink phones for all of our staff members at our Austin office and Nextiva helped us configure our own phones at our San Francisco office to work with their phone service. It was easy to set up and their website contains a lot of user-friendly FAQs and videos that help answer most questions you will ever have. Their helpdesk chat option comes in very handy in our line of work because we do not have to wait on the phone to speak with someone but instead can wait for our turn in the chat while we continue our work. Even though it is a very DIY option in a sense, you feel supported along the way. Nextiva helps us stay connected all the time as not only do we have the physical phones, but we also have the Nextiva app downloaded to both our computers and smart phones as well.
