Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Nextiva was by far the best option when we started looking for phone service. They have excellent customer service and their price can't be beat. It is convenient that they offer an option to chat when technical support is needed. Nextiva also allows us to have a fax# where other companies could only supply phone lines.

- Billing - I was overbilled for months and it took a while to fix it. However they did fix it and credit me for the prior months.
- We received quotes from Cox for $200+/mo for phone lines and that did not include a fax number. Nextiva was able to supply us with 2 phone lines and a fax number for $65/mo
