Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
Group of auto repair shops with a unified phone service. We can transfer calls between locations and call team members at any shop simply by dialing an extension. We sometimes get customers who call one shop but live much closer to another, and our Nextiva Business Phone Service system makes it easy to transfer them
- Easily determine if a colleague is already on the phone
- Transfer between locations
- Present voicemails as incoming emails
- I would like incoming voicemails to be transcribed rather than downloaded and listened
- Too many steps to clear "missed calls" alert
- Voicemail light should not illuminate when the caller hung up without saying anything
- The desktop application makes it difficult to quickly identify the user name, extension number, and direct line number. This comes up often when an extension needs to be renamed, and should be easier
- It's a phone system. It works fine.
