Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
After 5 years of struggling with Vonage VOIP, we changed to Nextiva. The service is top notch and the customer service is amazing. The 24/7 technical support is always there and always right on. We have no problems with the phone service and the setup was very very easy and the Nextiva staff walked us step by step to get it up and running.
Pros

- Knowledgeable staff with the right answers
- Service that is never down
Cons
- Easy to use. It just works
- Could not get the text to work with our system
- Cannot find anything else to improve!
- It has allowed up to work at our job without worrying about the phone system
- We can no longer get texts from our patients.
- We can now use our cell phones as office phones
Vonage is now a joke. 5 years ago, it worked great. Now, customer service and tech service DOES NOT EXIST! We tried over and over again to get help but they didn't speak english and would not answer our calls.
