Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The office uses Nextiva Business Phone Service instead of traditional desktop phones. We love that we can not only make/receive calls in the office, but while on the go as well without having to give out personal cell phone or other numbers to clients. I use Nextiva on a daily basis as if it were a regular landline.

We have not evaluated others other than a brief glance on the internet, but none were seriously considered.

It works well for us because sometimes we have to have calls after traditional business hours. Nextiva Business Phone Service allows us to still receive those calls no matter where we are, office, home, or traveling. I have not yet encountered any scenarios where I would say it is less appropriate for our business purposes. We have enjoyed it very much at every level.
