Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva in many fashions. Your standard phone to answer transfer calls. We also use the mobile app not to miss calls especially in our admissions office. Super important to get to those calls immediately. We also love the recording feature for our sales team. To use this feature for training and improving our conversations with potential students. Tons of reporting capability to understand calls coming in based on specific lines for admissions vs standard calls that come in. Routing feature- the ability to set up the routing of all calls and who gets them or ring at all locations in the event no one is there. We also use our phone system to unlock our door which is connected to our security and gives us the capability to hit a number on our phone to unlock the front door. There are many more features in the system and still reviewing to see how to utilize in our daily business.

  • understand reporting a bit better as tons of reporting capability - need to educate myself a bit more on this area with videos vs written documentation.
  • ability to track calls and make modifications on where we post our number to see the most calls coming in on a specific line. This way gives a better way where to market those numbers.
We made the decision to move forward based on features price and of course the hand holding by our account manager Bill B who was incremental getting us the right solution for what we needed and helping us through the deployment. He was amazing. Always gets my questions answered.

Nextiva is being used for overall phone system tracking recording and managing reports to get clarity on incoming calls to classify if a lead or just question where call comes from important. ability to have paging system is great in a school when need to let everyone know if there is a fire drill or for any other reason.
