A few tweaks and Nextiva will be great.
Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
I use it as a business line. I am the only person in the business, so I don't want to give strangers my personal cell. I like having the desktop phone as well so it will ring separately. I use it every time I make a call out for my business, I also keep track of all my contacts, calls, and missed calls via messages.
Pros
- Organizes contacts
- Customer service/chat
- Cares
Cons
- My app doesn't always show me when I have a text message or missed call. It's like I have to refresh or change settings every time I want it to be better updated.
- Because I don't see missed calls or texts, I don't respond timely, and it makes me look unprofessional.
- There is a lag from the time a text message shows up on my computer app and the time it's actually recieved. Very slow.
- Room for growth (I'm a one person team at the moment)
- A place to separate personal life from business.
- Safety feature that I don't have to give out my cell phone.
- Like having a landline so I can use it for emergencies.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
I honestly haven't tried the videoconferencing on Nextiva yet to be able to compare, but I like the handheld phone. I'm guessing Nextiva has a place to add docs, but I haven't tried to find it yet. I'm just such a new business, I'm still figuring out Nextiva's features.
