Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

The beginning phase and implementation process to convert from our previous landline internet system was tedious and took several months which was shock, however, there was a great deal of communication even though the communication came from several different agents and several different platforms and spreadsheets and we are small business. I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be for a business with hundreds of employees or several different chains of call flows and sub schedules.

Once the implemtation occured, there were few snags, and we hit the ground running. Any sort of issues that we encountered we were able to quickly change or fix by logging in to software and managing through the basic web site and just messing around in the various screens. Customer service was easy to get to most times and did not have long waits and we have not had a time when service has been down unless the internet was down locally through our own internet service provider in our direct neighborhood.

Larger companies would need a really strategic plan and very descriptive call flow worked out of what they would need before beginning any sort of talks with a company like this. In my opinion. We had very few needs and it took us so many back and forth conversations and changes and spreadhseets, it was months before we could get it right and we have less than 10 employees in our office and very few days we are closed during the year due to the nature of our business.
